Welcome to THERRA Suites & Sunset Terrace.
Our House Rules are designed to ensure a comfortable, safe and relaxing stay for all guests while preserving the peaceful atmosphere that defines THERRA.
By staying with us, you agree to respect these rules and to help us maintain the property with the same care we dedicate to every guest.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Visitors are welcome only with prior approval from Management.
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of THERRA, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between:
11:00 PM and 8:00 AM
Please avoid loud conversations, music, parties or any activity that may disturb other guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all suites and indoor common areas.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
The swimming pool is open daily during the posted opening hours.
Children under 14 years of age must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
Please comply with all Pool Rules displayed in the pool area.
The hydromassage feature may be activated using the dedicated push button.
Daily housekeeping is included.
If you would like your towels replaced, please leave them on the bathroom floor.
Bed linen is changed regularly according to the length of your stay or whenever necessary.
A complimentary breakfast basket is provided for all guests.
If you have allergies, food intolerances or dietary preferences, please inform us before your arrival.
Whenever possible, we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Please use the kitchen and appliances with care.
Kindly leave cookware and utensils in reasonable condition after use.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Please use the internet responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
Private on-site parking is available free of charge for registered guests.
Please park only in designated spaces.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
Any extraordinary cleaning, repairs or replacement of damaged items may be charged accordingly.
Items left behind after departure will be kept for a reasonable period.
Shipping costs for returning forgotten belongings are the responsibility of the guest.

The swimming pool is provided for the enjoyment and relaxation of all guests.
To ensure a safe, pleasant and comfortable environment, we kindly ask you to observe the following Pool Rules.
The swimming pool is open daily from:
8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
The pool is closed outside these hours for cleaning, maintenance and safety reasons.
Minimum depth:
0.25 metres
Maximum depth:
1.50 metres
Guests should enter the pool carefully and remain aware of the varying depth.
Children under 14 years of age must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
Parents or legal guardians remain fully responsible for the safety and behaviour of minors at all times.

At THERRA Suites & Sunset Terrace, breakfast is offered as a complimentary welcome service, designed to allow guests to enjoy a relaxed start to the day in the privacy of their own suite.
Rather than serving a traditional buffet or cooked breakfast, we provide a carefully selected breakfast basket with quality products that guests may enjoy at their preferred time.
The breakfast basket typically includes a selection of carefully chosen packaged products such as dairy items, spreads, baked goods, coffee, tea, fruit juice and bottled water. The selection may vary according to seasonality, availability and product quality.
Vegetarian and vegan alternatives are available upon request and subject to availability.
Guests are kindly invited to inform us before arrival.
If you have food allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements, please let us know before your arrival.
Although we will do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
Breakfast is offered free of charge and is intended exclusively for registered guests staying at THERRA Suites & Sunset Terrace.

THERRA Suites & Sunset Terrace offers its panoramic Sunset Terrace as an exclusive venue for intimate celebrations, including wedding proposals, elopements, symbolic ceremonies, anniversary celebrations and other private events.
These Terms apply to all private events organised on the property.
Events are confirmed only after:
Availability is never guaranteed until confirmation has been issued.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed, reservations include exclusive use of the agreed area for the period confirmed in writing.
Additional hours may be available subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
The number of participants must be agreed in advance.
Additional guests may only attend with prior written approval.
THERRA Suites & Sunset Terrace reserves the right to refuse access to unregistered attendees.
Decorations are available either through THERRA or through approved suppliers.
No decorations may be attached to buildings, walls, furniture or landscaping using nails, screws, adhesives or other materials that could cause damage.
Open flames, lanterns or similar decorations may only be used with prior approval and in accordance with local fire safety regulations.
Photographers, videographers, florists, musicians and other suppliers are welcome by prior arrangement.
External suppliers must comply with all property rules and safety requirements while on site.
Food and beverages may be supplied directly by THERRA or by approved external catering partners.
Outside catering and alcoholic beverages are permitted only with prior written approval.
Any music or entertainment must respect local regulations and the comfort of our accommodation guests.
THERRA reserves the right to limit or interrupt any activity that causes excessive disturbance.
Packages and customised quotations are valid for the period specified in the offer. Services included in each package are detailed in the written quotation and become binding only upon written acceptance by both parties.
The Sunset Terrace is an outdoor venue.
In the event of adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative solution where possible.
Should this not be feasible, each situation will be assessed individually in good faith.
The event organiser is responsible for the conduct of all participants.
Any damage caused during the event may be charged to the organiser.
THERRA Suites & Sunset Terrace does not claim ownership of photographs taken during private events.
With the organiser’s prior written consent, selected photographs may occasionally be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media channels.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time before publication.
The use of drones is permitted only where authorised by the competent Greek authorities and subject to prior written approval by THERRA Suites & Sunset Terrace. Guests and suppliers are solely responsible for obtaining any permits required by law and for complying with all applicable aviation and privacy regulations.
Event cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
The 30% reservation deposit remains non-refundable.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfil obligations arising from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Santorini, Greece, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
